Alpha Ship Supplies supports motor yachts, charter yachts, superyachts, and mega yachts with provisioning, hotel stores, housekeeping supplies, deck consumables, and technical stores. Requests are coordinated from Houston and arranged for delivery to the marina, shipyard, or berth confirmed with the captain or yacht manager.
Yacht purchasing is spread across several people on board and ashore. We work with captains, chief stewards and stewardesses, chefs, chief engineers, yacht managers, and charter brokers. Each brings a different list: the galley needs specific brands and grades of produce, the interior team needs cleaning products safe for the yacht's finishes, and the engine room needs filters, impellers, and consumables matched to the installed equipment.
We keep these lists separate in our quotation so each department can check its own items before the order is confirmed.
Yacht provisioning is closer to private hospitality than to commercial ship supply. Guests and owners often have precise preferences, dietary requirements, and brand choices. When you send a provisioning list, include brand names, pack sizes, cuts, ripeness requirements, and any acceptable substitutes.
We source fresh produce, meat and seafood, dairy, bakery items, dry goods, beverages, and specialty items through suppliers available in the relevant area, and confirm availability before quoting. Where a requested product cannot be found locally, we will tell you and propose alternatives for your approval rather than substituting without notice.
Deliveries of chilled and frozen goods are packed by temperature and timed to the crew's availability to receive and stow them.
Interior teams use large quantities of cleaning products, linens, laundry supplies, toiletries, paper goods, and guest amenities. Many yachts specify non-abrasive and finish-safe products for teak, lacquer, stone, and metalwork. Include product names or specifications on your list so we can match them.
On deck, typical orders include fenders and fender covers, lines, cleaning and polishing products, tender and water-toy consumables, and paint and varnish for touch-up work. In the engine room, yachts commonly order oil and fuel filters, impellers, belts, zincs and anodes, lubricants, and watermaker consumables.
For technical items, send the equipment maker, model, and part number. Photos of the nameplate are useful when part references are unclear.

Marinas and yards set their own rules for vehicle access, delivery hours, and dock carts. Tell us the marina or yard name, slip or berth, the crew contact who will receive the order, and any access instructions. Deliveries are arranged around guest schedules and departure times agreed with the captain.
